Panneer Vegetable Fried Rice

Ingredients
1) Panneer - 200gms
2) Cabbage - 200gms
3) Onion - 1
4) Tomtato - 1
4) Rice - 2 cups
5) Yellow Pepper - 1 small
6) Red Pepper - 1 small
7) Green chillies - 2
8) Curry Leaves - 4
9) Red Chilli powder - 1 spoon
10) Garam Masala powder - 1 spoon
11) Chat Masala powder - 1 spoon
9) Schezwan chutney - 2 spoons
10) Tomato Ketchup - 2 spoons
11) Salt to taste

Procedure
1. Boil rice and keep it aside. Meanwhile finely chop cabbage, onion, tomoato, peppers, greenchillies.
2. Boil panneer and cut into small pieces.
3. Take oil in a pan and heat it. Add Panneer pieces to it. While the pieces are being cooked chop the pieces into more fine coarse.
4. Add finely choppped cabbage to it. once they are semi cooked add onions to it.
5. After few minutes add garam masala, chat masala, red chilli powders , salt as per teaste and mix thoroughly.
6. Add Green chillies and curry leaves to it and heat it.
7. Add red, yellow peppers to it and heat until the peppers are cooked.
8. Add tomatoes to it and heat until the tomatoes get softened.
9. Add boiled rice to it, salt as per taste and mix it well. Heat it for another 5 mins.
10. Hot Panneer Vegetable Fried Rice is ready to serve
